In order to conscientiously implement NingShing Special Steel’s Strategic plan of 2010-2014, our Executive Office invites cadres above the middle and key staff from all the subsidiary companies and departments. A working conference with its topic “Unification Thought、Implementation Plan、New Development” is held in Dong Qian Lake Hotel, on November 22, 2009. The meeting is conducted by Our Deputy General Manager Yu Xiaofeng. The Vice President of Holdings Corportation and also director of our company Huang Jian, General Manager of investment department of Holdings Corportation Chen Ming and his staff Sheng Bin have been present through this meeting.

The whole meeting conveys NingShing Holdings Corporation’s approvals over NingShing Special Steel, and introduces the content of project report. Around the comprehension and cognition on this new project、the framework of group management、five functional construtions of headquarter and the assumption of company’s system as well as the next special plan, all the participants have made wise speeches.
