The secretary of the Party committee and vice-president of NingShing Holdings Corporation Ms. Gao Ping has made a report entitled Corporate Culture of NingShing, gave a detailed presentation about the intension of the corporate culture of NingShing. Moreover, she also asked us to deeply understand The Outline of Culture of NingShing Holdings Corporation and claimed requests on how the new employees should implement the culture of NingShing into the routine work..
Through this training course, Head Office made a special counseling for new employees on Employee Manual, and NingShing Youth League Committee has introduced its fundamental condition. In addition, four old employees in succession shared their growing experience on work in NingShing, which let the new employees feel again the big family atmosphere of “creat together, win together and share together”. He Xiong from the quality inspecition department of our NingShing Special Steel representing the old staff, and Liu Chi from the foreign trade department of our NingShing Special Steel representing the new staff have made their speech one after another in the training course, and they also share their own feelings with the participants.
