Main Equipment：
＊Vacuum Quenching Furnace
Our company has two high-pressure vacuum quenching furnaces designed and made by Germany IPSEN. One furnace is 10BAR with 600*600*900mm heating room and its max loading capacity attains 800kg, while the other one is 12BAR with 900*900*1200mm heating room and its max load capability is up to 1500Kg. Max working temperature is 1300℃. The convection fan is installed in the heating room. If the temperature is under 850℃, it will use nitrogen to heat. If above 850℃, it will use the radiation to heat to make sure the temperature gap under 2℃. All of these can ensure quenching quality and surface quality. It is widely applied in such projects as vacuum heat treatment for cold working die steel, and solution, aging and vacuum tempered of stainless steel. What’s more, the control program adopts the multi-functional software, IPSEN“VACU-PROF”, which makes the operation automatic and meanwhile monitors the vacuum furnace and its inside in a real time to make sure the vacuum quenching process effective and survey the historic data at any time. |

＊Well-type annealing stove
Our company has six pre-sucking vacuum nitrogen well-type annealing stove inside which the temperature gap is 3℃. The convection heating process by importing nitrogen after vacuum guarantees the stable temperature in the stove and also ensures the surface quality of the steel. What’s more, all facilities are equipped with recorder so that you can examine all historic records. |
Quality Control: adopting NADCA207-2006 and abiding by ISO9001-2000 strictly, Ningxing Special Steel Heat Treatment examines and records data referring to receiving orders, picking up products, site production, inspection, shipment and some special events in all directions to make sure the product quality. |
