Manufacturing equipments: Ningshing Special-Steel Industrial has various kinds of saws, slab millers, good-sized grinding machines and so on. For the hexahedron tolerance, rough machining can control within ±0.2mm, and finish machining can control within±0.1mm. We can carry on each kind of rough machining and finish machining on steels of 1000*1000*3000mm.
Equipments for heat treatment: We have two vacuum furnaces designed by the German IPSEN Co.. The effective workspace is 600mm*600mm*900mm and 900mm*900mm*1200mm respectively. The biggest load bearing is 800Kg and 1500Kg respectively. Sharp quenching pressure can reach 10 BAR and 12BAR (absolute pressure) respectively. These two equipments are especially fit for good-sized die-casting mould which need high pressure and quick-cooling.
Equipments for technology examination: We have excellent specialists. Equipped with full set of precision metallographic examination equipment, hardness-testing device and crack detector and working with technique test ,complain treatment and invalidation analysis, we can make inner-control technology standard for all kinds of steel companies and provide a sound quality control system.
